Wayne Schaefer, male , 60，was born in Hamilton
, Ontario , Canada in March,1944. He graduated from
Westdale Secondary High School in 1961. In 1979,
he entered Burlington Skating School . After graduation
in 1982 .,he became a world team coach and manager
, during which time he won coaching awards in Canadian
Skate Program . Then he was a driving instructor
in Ontario Drive School for 18 years .,experienced
in teaching groups of students from multicultural
backgrounds .He viewed teaching and learning as
a dynamic and interactive process .In November,2001,he
was accredited English Teaching (TESOL) by International
TESOL Training Center . |

·Sandra Ksonzena
Sandra Ksonzena , female , 56，was born in London
, Ontario , Canada in September,1948. He graduated
from Central High School in 1966. In 1979 , she
entered Burlington Skating School . After graduation
in 1982 .,she became a world team coach and manager
, during which time she won coaching award in Canadian
Skate Program . She has run a roller-skating center
for twenty years .Then she became a driving instructor
in Ontario Drive School for 18 years .,experienced

·Sam Breitzmann
Sam Breitzmann, male , 30，was born in California
,U.S.A. , in March,1974 .He graduated from Churchill
High School in 1993. Currently , he is attending
Lane Community College for a master's degree , majoring
in international studies .As early as 13 years old
, he started to take jobs as follows , fishing ,construction
, running restaurants ,operating glass production
business ,combating wildfires ,etc. He has experience
working with groups of people , helping him learn
to listen and communicate with people ,which are
good skills for a teacher to have .He loves to read
and write , snowboarding ,camping and hiking.

Benjamin King was born in Florida
, USA , in 1978. He graduated from Simon Fraser
University and took a bachelor's degree in history.
He ever studied Chinese in Jilin University and
Fudan University , China and got a certificate
for Chinese language study.
Benjamin King began to teach in our school in
August , 2001. He did an excellent job in improving
the students' listening and speaking abilities.
In June ,2002, the Municipal Government of Jiangshan
bestowed Honorary Citizen on him, who was the
first foreign expert to be so honored in local
area.
